Name: Robin Smythe
Position: Managing Director
I have been based in the south for many years now, though I came from Gloucestershire originally. Having had a successful career in estate agency, I was looking for a challenge, and Bill called me to join him at Bayview. From 1996, I have overseen our expansion into Hampshire, building up the land team. Winning a national award for the refurbishment of the Gunpowder Stores, on Southampton Dock Front, was a career high and personal achievement for me. Tracey and I have two girls who, when not scouring the south coast for land, keep me very busy! I enjoy most sports and am a keen yachtsman.

Name: Jonathan Elms
Position: Legal Director
After 20 years as a Partner at Page, Gulliford & Gregory Solicitors in Southampton, I have joined Bayview to head up an in-house Legal Department. My new role as Legal Director will aid the growth of Bayview and cement what is already an enviable team.
I am a keen sportsman and enjoy playing football, tennis and golf. Based near Lyndhurst with my wife and three children, I enjoy outdoor sports and especially skiing.
